We store your settings, bookmarks, and profile selection on your device to make the app feel personal.

Search terms and requests are sent to Rankedin to fetch tournament, club, and player data.

If you send feedback, your message is delivered to our support service so we can respond.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use targeted advertising in the app.

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of information required to provide the app features. The app does not require you to create an account.

Information you provide

Search terms you type into the app.
Optional feedback or support messages, which may include your email address or phone number if you provide it.

Information from Rankedin

Event, club, and player data returned from Rankedin APIs based on your searches or selections.
If you select a player profile, we store the profile identifiers and related details locally to personalize the experience.

Information stored on your device

Bookmarks, onboarding completion state, and event preferences stored locally in the app.

How We Use Information

Deliver the core app experience, including search and browsing.
Remember your preferences, bookmarks, and profile selection.
Respond to support inquiries and feedback submissions.
Improve app stability and diagnose issues when needed.

Sharing and Disclosures

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

Rankedin: Search requests are sent to Rankedin to retrieve data. Rankedin handles that data according to its own policies.
Support services: Feedback messages are sent to our support endpoint to be delivered to our team.
Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our users.

Data Retention

Data stored on your device remains there until you clear it in the app, reset the app data, or uninstall the app. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to address your request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored information.
You can request deletion of support messages by contacting us.

We do not use targeted advertising or sell personal information.

Padelin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
