Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Padelin ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Padelin mobile application and this website.

We store your settings, bookmarks, and profile selection on your device to make the app feel personal.

Search terms and requests are sent to Rankedin to fetch tournament, club, and player data.

If you send feedback, your message is delivered to our support service so we can respond.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use targeted advertising in the app.

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of information required to provide the app features. The app does not require you to create an account.

Information you provide

Search terms you type into the app.
Optional feedback or support messages, which may include your email address or phone number if you provide it.

Information from Rankedin

Event, club, and player data returned from Rankedin APIs based on your searches or selections.
If you select a player profile, we store the profile identifiers and related details locally to personalize the experience.

Information stored on your device

Bookmarks, onboarding completion state, and event preferences stored locally in the app.

How We Use Information

Deliver the core app experience, including search and browsing.
Remember your preferences, bookmarks, and profile selection.
Respond to support inquiries and feedback submissions.
Improve app stability and diagnose issues when needed.

Sharing and Disclosures

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

Rankedin: Search requests are sent to Rankedin to retrieve data. Rankedin handles that data according to its own policies.
Support services: Feedback messages are sent to our support endpoint to be delivered to our team.
Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our users.

Data Retention

Data stored on your device remains there until you clear it in the app, reset the app data, or uninstall the app. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to address your request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored information.
You can request deletion of support messages by contacting us.

We do not use targeted advertising or sell personal information.

Children's Privacy

Padelin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.

Advertising, consent, feedback, and profile data

Ads. The free version of Padelin shows ads from Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.), labeled "Annonce"/"Ad". We only request non-personalized ads. Google may still use cookies or device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID or the iOS app identifier), IP address and device information to serve ads, cap how often they appear, measure them and prevent fraud. We do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other companies' apps.

Consent. In the EU/EEA and the UK, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form (IAB TCF) before showing ads. You can change your choice at any time under Profile → Ad privacy options. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Feedback and error reports. When you send feedback we receive your message, the screen you were on, app version, platform, OS version, device model and language, plus your email if you enter it. We use this only to reply and fix bugs. It is transmitted through our relay hosted on Cloudflare. Email j@jensfors.com to have it deleted.

Profile data. Your profile and favourites are stored only on your device.

Annoncer, samtykke, feedback og profildata

Annoncer. Den gratis udgave af Padelin viser annoncer fra Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.), og de er markeret "Annonce". Vi viser kun ikke-personaliserede annoncer. Google kan alligevel bruge cookies eller enhedsidentifikatorer (fx annonce-ID på Android eller app-identifikator på iOS), IP-adresse og oplysninger om enheden til at vise annoncer, begrænse hvor ofte de vises, måle dem og forhindre misbrug. Vi bruger ikke Apples sporing (IDFA) og sporer dig ikke på tværs af andre apps.

Samtykke. I EU/EØS og Storbritannien spørger appen om dit samtykke via Googles samtykkeformular (IAB TCF), før der vises annoncer. Feedback og fejlrapporter. Når du sender feedback, modtager vi din besked, den skærm du var på, appversion, platform, styresystemversion, telefonmodel og sprog, samt din e-mail, hvis du skriver den.
